Cutting

New to the gym, been goin nearly 2 weeks . Started at 70kg.. Wasn't sure to bulk or cut, ended up cutting. Now weigh 66-67 kg (weight is changing every day i weigh myself) i go to the gym around 12-1am, my sleeping pattern is fucked due to work. I weigh myself when i enter the gym.

Anyways i've not really logged what i'm eating, i thought staying away from carbs will do well. I've lost 3kg so far and i think i'm at the point where i'm not really losing anymore. What do?

Also what foods should i be eating when cutting? Food that fills me up... The past few days i think i've eaten more carbs then i should be eating. But the past week I've just been starving myself (fail attemt to IF) i feel like i have not much energy while i'm at the gym. Probably because i'm not eating enough.

I'm 5'11 67kg, doing low weight 15 reps, 3 sets.

what to eat while cutting (filling)?

Not much energy @ the gym.

weigh yourself every month not day you are carrying water weight aswell so not accurate and you could of eat a big meal before gym

Simply don't cut, ur just gonna look skinny as fk if u haven't been bulking before

start bulking buy some whey-100 and creatine and go for 3months then u cut using low carb diet and HIIT traiining and u'll look shredded for the summer. Also fix ur sleeping sht otherwise there's no point in starting this

ok let me re think this all for you.

70kg @ 5'11 is small

if you live in australia then this summer is gone for you

next summer dirty bulk like afat fuck then 2 months before eat in calorie deficit, simples

i still get 8-10 hours of sleep so i guess its not that bad. and yeh that was the plan
