I weigh 178, was 185 but had mono a month ago and lost 15 lbs unfortunatly losing alot of muscle/weight. Gaining it back Dead lifted (sumo'd) 395 in the fall (November) and today I sumo'd 430, tried 450 but failed haha I'll get it again Thoughts niggehs?
