Tris Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Pre workout has a lot of stimulants but if you want to be awake and aware caffeine can suffice. Got results from my MRI. Apparently I have mild disc degeneration around c3-c6. On an anti inflammatory steroid oral for the next 9 days to bring the swelling of the vertebrae down and then I have a few osteo appointments lined up to mobilize the vertebrae again so they stop compressing nerves. Then I'll get a cortisone injection and more osteo work done if it's not solved. No upper body training for 3 weeks and I have to make sure my posture is 100% all the time. Should be all good in 2 months hopefully.

All that time gaming fucked me in a sense. I have to work on my middle-lower trapezius post pills/osteo. I have a bit of a pelvic tilt going on too that I'm going to try get sorted. In other news, one of my mates in NZ who has only been gymming for 10 months is starting up a cycle of test/dbol. 12 weeks and he'll be bigger than me. Natty life struggles. I've considered it more and more as he got his cycle through customs no problem. Thing is that my family medical history with blood pressure, anxiety, depression and heart shit isn't the best. I don't have any of the above but the risk is still there.

Tris Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Stretch your upper traps, work on middle-lower traps and posterior chain and you should be all good. Pull > Push ( Tight pec minor and major contribute to my shit due to excess push). Make sure you're doing at least 2-3 pull movements per a push movement. People in today's world commonly sit in a pronated, gleno-humeral inward rotated state which leads to poor posture due to the stress it puts on your neck/back. Need to sit up right with proper posture and computer ergonomics. How you sleep can also factor in.
