Steroids Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 (edited) the GOAT meal that i have literally every single day without fail. 600g white potato 300g chicken breast 400g broccoli all mashed/shredded up and mixed with chalula hot-sauce more like 400g chicken 400g potato today though! needed to up protein. 800-900 calories of the most satiating meal you'll ever eat. bowl is huge btw, white potatoes produce soooo much volume. + all of that potassium (potato) and sodium (sauce/frozen-chicken) will have you looking vascular as shit provided low enough bf. intermittent-fasting and having this meal before bed = the only way i can cut. my appetite is ridiculous and i would love to eat 8k+ calories daily if i let myself. Low Bridd Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 been working out for past 5 months getting gains, not as much in my chest as i'd like and starting to think its genetic when i compare it to the gains in the other muscles in my body and bulking is so fucking hard for me, i can consistently eat around 3.1k calories a day at 182 cm and continue to float around 74-77 kg and won't go up. not sure if its metabolism or just taking mad shits, dno guess im gonna try and get into cooking some shit as well cause atm I eat out for every meal of the day. maybe cooking would help me add/keep track of calories better i wonder.
