12-13 right now but I'm looking to get like 9 or 8 if possible. Thing is I just say i'm bulking right now but really I'm just trying to eat enough to get over maintenance. With all the soccer and hockey I've been doing it's really hard for me to actually be bulking and be gaining weight, so in April I really just wanna cut down a bit and try to look more shredded/cut.

how are your gains folks???

put on about 6lbs between start of this topic and now, still not putting on fat which is good i suppose, might have to extend bulk to actually have reason to cut

absolute shit pic but I had be zoomed in to see lower half in this mirror, more chest improvement + starting to see abdominal effort too, keep givin errr boyss
