12-13 right now but I'm looking to get like 9 or 8 if possible. Thing is I just say i'm bulking right now but really I'm just trying to eat enough to get over maintenance. With all the soccer and hockey I've been doing it's really hard for me to actually be bulking and be gaining weight, so in April I really just wanna cut down a bit and try to look more shredded/cut.

how are your gains folks???

put on about 6lbs between start of this topic and now, still not putting on fat which is good i suppose, might have to extend bulk to actually have reason to cut

havent been gym in 5 weeks because i fractured my wrist which was my decent wrist... my arms are fucked but im starting again next week lol

I just grind the stronglifts program, heavy compund all day long. got my squat up to bout 300lb at 135 bodyweight aprox.
