I'm pretty new to the whole working out buzz about 4 months ago i was 55 kgs, since then i'm up to 75.6kgs

or in pounds 121lb - 166lb

I'm wondering do you think i'm ready for my first cut? or should i keep bulking? i know i'm not the biggest guy but i think i've made good progress from what i looked like 4 months ago if i should cut any ideas what to do? As i said i'm new to it i know about "Low carb" diets ect but i know they make you feel weak ect.

I'm on house arrest and next week i'm able to go to the gym so i'll actually be able to do cardio as i've just been using a rowing machine we've got at home for 30 minutes on rest days.

i use to run a lot and i did cross country, in the past 4 months all i've done is work out pretty much every day and push my self to my limits in a way I'm kinda powerlifting but not really i can dead lift 308lb at the moment i know i can do more but don't have anymore weights as i have to buy everything my self until i can start hitting the gym.

Height?

And why you on house arrest?

I would say keep bulking

Nearly autumn bro, no need to cut unless you've put on a huge amount of fat; only problem that arises from you being at home is what have you been doing weight wise to put on muscle? Bodyweight exercises have their limits. Unless you have some dbs at home.

I'm from New Zealand bro, I live in Australia, it's summer too but a month left and it's autumn. Unless you don't give a shit for showing off your physique to bitches on the beach then you can cut if you want in autumn/winter. I'd just keep a nice clean bulk with a small surplus of calories to ensure lean gains if you keep bulking till September. . Cut when Spring comes and hit the beach mid summer.

I'm looking to gain a lean ~2.5lbs a month with a 350-400 surplus on calorie maintenance level, go from 78 to 85~ with little body fat gain from where I'm at.
