Walli Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 my january of 'extreme cutting' to lose the xmas pounds was a total disaster. Kept far too much BF mainly due to not being able to hit the gym that much. Been going 2 times a week at best for most of january due to driving lessons / work / GF. Been injured so not been playing rugby on saturdays either. Because i havnt been as on it with the gym my diet has been hit and miss too. Feb I am going to try and do it properly now, im looking at a serious calorie deficit and will prob look to post food diaries and daily nutrition im working on. Should be able to up to it hitting gym 3 times a week and then cardio on sat / sun (hamstrings less injured now but still low intensity anyway) Wish me luck boys. pic from weekend just gone. NEEDS MORE CLEAVAGE BRB DOING INCLINE DAILY. WANT MY ARM DEFINITION BACK =[ BRB EATING 300 CALS A DAY.
