my january of 'extreme cutting' to lose the xmas pounds was a total disaster.

Kept far too much BF mainly due to not being able to hit the gym that much. Been going 2 times a week at best for most of january due to driving lessons / work / GF.

Been injured so not been playing rugby on saturdays either.

Because i havnt been as on it with the gym my diet has been hit and miss too.

Feb I am going to try and do it properly now, im looking at a serious calorie deficit and will prob look to post food diaries and daily nutrition im working on. Should be able to up to it hitting gym 3 times a week and then cardio on sat / sun (hamstrings less injured now but still low intensity anyway)

Unsure on exact but its pretty much protein / non sat fats with very little carbs at all
