IIRC you get placed where your hidden MMR is and do a placement from there when you switch servs,. Lol and there's no way to tell which region is better in terms of solo queue so it's pointless even arguing about it

There is too many players on each server to tell which server is harder but I will say that EUW has many more players than N.A. I believe so chances of getting a troll are much greater since bigger community toxicate much faster

But I will tell you know that climbing the ladder in euw is much harder since the amount of God tier players is much greater I watch N.A. Challenger tier from tsm bejer stream and I can honestly say I can do well as alot of the players vs him in lane but euw high Elo streams are much more skillfull korean bronze 5 is a myth

That's what i've been saying lol at d1-challenger they mostly just fuck around and have fun since they're at the top and not really dropping from it. They do however take it serious if they're near challenger promos. On euw d1-challenger they take it much more srs and flame each other way more as well lol. I REALLY doubt there's a difference in the lower tiers like skiddz said.

All the NA pros care about is getting dat twitch $$$

i play rengar quite alot err if you mean the bug its rare but still not patched but you can always cast ulti at 2 ferocity and wait for 5 use q wait another 2 jump on them full combo and q will come back on another 5 feroicty or same with 5 ferocity press q than ulti which is extremely hard or 4 ferocity and ulti wait for 5 press q wait another 4 and tripple q instant which tsm does prob best to assinate adc in tf
