not saying gauntlets bad on udyr but frozen heart was a fine pick up especially when they have vayne, riven.. frozen heart does a lot for udyr especially because of the 20% cdr and mainly the fact of the attack speed slow is why its great vs vayne, Riven not so much but it's still good

you wanted to argue so I'll make you look stoopid you bristol tramp 1. He has 50 perc cdr which caps at 40 perc so frozen gaunts would of provide same total cdr with he's build 2. Vayne does true damage and slowing her will close gap after condemn 3. Riven has 4 eacapes a stun and a flash so to catch her with udyr you will need gaunts and boots or she will out trade you and wait for cooldown and 're-engage if he had my 2 items she will use her cioldowns get permaslowed and with extra ms from swift boots catch up and land another 2-3 tigers to kill her and the attackspeed debuff is useless vs her since she is more skill dependant than aa KO Lanky bastard <3

Edit: vayne was 1:10 not much of a problem compared to your average late game vayne
