I think I went 4-6 in placements, losing more than 5 for Bronze sounds about right. Its funny thinking about back then and how awful I was, probably around Insecurities level of play >.<

Its very situational in my opinion, but I feel that most of the times you wanna max your E second for a lower cooldown and therefore you can kite easily, but then again, if u are ahead in the game you dont really need to care about kiting and you can max w second for the extra damage and lower cd to proc with passive
