Can you explain nid to me. I've been playing her a bit and what I found was in team fights I just spear them and heal my adc/anyone that needs a heal urgently. If you're fed do you get involved in cougar form or do you almost always just stay out. I'm talking from an ap perspective with not ad or some bruiser build.

 

What everyones said + your cougar form combo can slay lots of mid/adc champs if you've successfully speared.

 

Heal not the adc but the bruiser most of the time, they normally get focused during teamfights and it helps them secure wins (example we were 40:12 or something and i just speared and healed our jax and we ended up coming back to 50:40)

 

Use your traps to peel, and try to judge where their adc/whoever you want to target with spears is going. the MR/Armor reduce is so OP if combined with a stun and Cougar Combo.

 

Use the passive to gank bot/top a few times, even if you just force your lane to go b, clear wave, go b and land 1/2 spears then return to lane, it makes a hell of a lot of difference.

 

Also keep an eye out for your jungler, putting traps on his buff camps makes his clear time faster, and therefore his gank time becomes faster too (also more likely to give you blue buff if you're supporting him)

 

Focusing on farming pre 6, throwing spears but not engaging. when you hit level 6 you become very strong early as most opponents havent got the tankiness to sustain a spear + cougar combo. (this is w-e-q btw, with aa's inbetween if you want, not necessary)

 

Nidalee is also good when you get tower dived post-6, cougaring around the place avoiding abilities make them take tower dmg while you are alive, then if they back off, back to human form, E urself, q them, maybe then even chase.

 

Theres much more to nid but this champ is OP as hell.

I always take ignite on any support unless im someone like soraka.

 

So much stronger then exhuast.

 

If i had it perfect the adc would take exh isntead of barrier.

ignite seems a bit stronger in lane, but exh is usually much more helpful throughout the game because of its ability to shut down a carry for a few seconds

 

i take ignite only when i feel i need the boost during laning or if they have massive heals like nid/raka/hec etc
