Even if the old rs does come back it won't be the same just like when the wildly came back 1/2 of the people that quit when eoc came in won't go back because it's a waste of time or they sold their banks and have nothing and jagex won't put in half the time they used to with updating the old rs as they will focus on trying to make eoc work

Pure clans would go back and at least it would be have a 100% uptime compared to bs's 95%
