Players do not need to set up their own channel in order to use someone else's. Later, on 12 April 2011, another Clan Chat was released, with the former Clan Chat renamed to Friends Chat (rswiki) The backup is from 8 August 2007 so friend chat will most likely be available

Even if its just 2 accounts per person. 150k people at 2 dollars an account that's over 300K $.... They're smarter than we think... When it comes to money that is.
