The reason it was down all the time was from a SYN Flood & Palidino has changed some of his "resources" in different routes to try to provide better up-time - during that something happened which messed up his log-in so he had to contact some of his "resource" providers to help fix it. They contacted him Friday, however, still haven't given him a new log-in yet.

All the "resource" changes are don...e. The only thing that needs to happen is for them to give him a new log-in & he can turn it on right after that point.. I am guessing they possibly don't work much on weekends which is why they haven't sent anything yet.

07 is coming back. As soon as jagex realizes what a cash cow they've re-created, they'll lower the price. Battlescape will retreat back to the darkages where it belongs.
