You can use air strikes or something like that at the guards in Varrock by easy bank. Go up the stairs and there you go. I'm personally going to fire strike, fire blast, etc. at Varrock Sewers on scorpions and then use crumble undead(I think that's the spell) on the skeletons. Once I hit 55 Mage ill be high alching. I gotta make a lot of money first before this happens.
