yo boys. i wanted to know your thoughs on doing two workouts in a day? keep in mind theyd be 8 hours apart and max once a week. only doing this cause of time contraints and i cant go one weekday. should i do it or to much? if so is there two workouts that i should do in that day, like back and biceps in the morning and then chest and triceps at night?

If you want to try something like a double split I'd have a look at PHAT by Layne Norton. Involves power training 2 days a week and hypertrophy 3 days a week.

If you can do it, why not. Altho you could easily hit all muscle groups twice a week using a 3split schedule twice a week so not sure why u would.

so long as you're giving the body parts ample rest between each time you work them out, yes.

If your doing 1 workout saturday and 2 workouts sunday its abit shit. You might not have muscle fatigue as such, but you would certainly have CNS fatigue.

 

If i was you i would work out on a wednesday too if poss.

 

If you cant, perhaps a push/pull routine would be good
