yo boys. i wanted to know your thoughs on doing two workouts in a day? keep in mind theyd be 8 hours apart and max once a week. only doing this cause of time contraints and i cant go one weekday. should i do it or to much? if so is there two workouts that i should do in that day, like back and biceps in the morning and then chest and triceps at night?

ehh better get ready for a nice body ache when you wake up the next morning ! just make sure you eat healthy and all that and if you do end up going with it, best of luck bud.

If your doing 1 workout saturday and 2 workouts sunday its abit shit. You might not have muscle fatigue as such, but you would certainly have CNS fatigue.

 

If i was you i would work out on a wednesday too if poss.

 

If you cant, perhaps a push/pull routine would be good
