Does the eat trick work in 07rs?

Ok I'll try to explain in words since I don't have the video.

A long time ago, there used to be a way to basically "trick" the server into only giving out a max hit equivalent to your hp. They patched it obviously but this was years ago so I can't remember when.

Let's say I'm 20 hp. If i eat a part of the cake (heals 4 hp) right before my opponent hits me, they can only do my maximum hp at the time (20). However, since I ate a part of a cake, I will get 4 hp back which will prevent me from dying. Hard to explain without a video but I used to use it a lot for pking. I tested it out with a friend and I was able to tank an entire inventory of cake vs his pure. The timing is really easy you just eat as late as possible. Ask around there's definitely other people who knew about this.

that would be expensive as hell. plus if you lagged even once you'd get screwed. and multiple enemies.

it probably will be. It's pretty useless for anything bigger than a 2v2/3v3 because multiple hits in a row/different speeds would still end up killing you if you get that low.

yeah it worked in 07, i used it in 09 so i'd presume it was still around... unless it came in post 07 and was patched 10 or so
