ukhenry Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 So I've recently quit smoking been going strong for 2 weeks now , what benefited me from smoking was that smoking was a replacement of food So my question is do you have any suggestions for a replacement to keep yourself occupied. Inb4 fat cunt I look quiet slim but I am fat cunt on the scales ha 16.3 stone about 5FT 9 all my weight goes to my ass down Can you guess what my jeans are racial.

Con Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Go for a run, go to the gym and workout. It's easy to lose weight, just need to stick at it. Don't be scared of joining a gym and don't think that the gym is only for people who wanna bulk up either. Simple cardio and light weight workouts will help. And put it this way, if you have a choice between a sandwich and a 12" pizza, take the sandwich.. Also, don't expect to become like 10 stone in a week, it takes time and hard work.

Con Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 If you too self-conscious, the best thing to do is set small goals for yourself i.e. get a job, earn cash, go on a 15/30 minute run, see how many push ups/sit ups you can do and then aim to better that number next time. Every little milestone you set for yourself will eventually build up and you can then start moving on to bigger things. Even walking a dog for 30 minutes can help. As for a hobby and combining it with generally feeling/looking better, you might as well start lifting like Dog said. You can lose weight, keep fit and have that feeling that you've done something to better yourself. If you don't wanna go the gym, wait a few weeks and all the money you save from cig's will add up and buy a bench, some free weight, barbell and workout at home. Cut out the crap, stop slacking and get out and about.

Edit: Steroids, stop suggesting steroid use after such a quick time lol. Your average guy can barely bench 70, squat 100 after 6 months. And still have no idea what they are doing at the gym.
