Official apology to the community

As some of you may remember, a long time ago I used to be a lil shit to a lot of high council, old school and leader rank members. To anyone to wondered over to the "hive" of Off Topic and didn't follow the rules. Why? Pretty much for the pure fun of it, because many knew me for having a sarcastic, immature and irritating nature (in a nut shell I was a cunt if I decided I randomly didn't like you or I thought it would be fun to provoke a reaction for the community to see you rage). Yep, I was pretty much a asshole with photoshop skills, nocturnal sleeping patterns, lots of drunken rage and free time.

Although due to my rank, past and present (at the time) help to the forum, community, trustworthiness of secrecy to particular operations (don't bother asking) and a lot of friends I never got punished.

As a result, guess you could say the vanity went to my head and I lead on the charade which eventually lead to my demise of perma IP ban.

What's the point of this?

This isn't just an official public apology to Obr, it's people who had to put up with the random bullshit I did in the past. To the community which in reality I affected a lot due to the terrorizing of new members, potential clan members or just friendly posters from other clans.

When you terrorize new people, they kinder don't want to join a community or clan which homes such people and as a result there is a chance me and a lot of other #OT members pushed away a lot of potential.

So why the sudden change of heart? What to get old rank and access to TBFF again?

No, I don't care about a "rank" I never did and if you read my application I even stated I didn't care if I got it. People acknowledge me for my talent and skills, friendly nature and helpfulness (ones that know the real me). I don't need a "rank" to prove myself to anyone. I helped people before and after I had it and with my recent arrival again I still do. I've helped people from newbies with 1pc who have the capacity to say "please"/ leaders/admins. I don't discriminate.

If people want to learn and improve skills that I can help with, I'll help them if they ask or if I can. I help because I like helping others, not because a "rank" says me I have to.

I just decided with the recent return, that if I do decide to stay again, I might as well right my wrongs and past engagements to people who didn't deserve the constant random nuisance/harassment I gave them.

I must say it was a good read, and made me think back to all the times you've helped me in the past. If anyone deserves to be forgiven for a past they whole-heartitly regret, its you Garbear.

You'll always be a good friend, thanks for making forums bearable and always having my back.
