Acquiring Aesthetics – Diet Plan.

Meal 1 – Breakfast

- 1 Scoop ON Protein Powder

- 1/3 Cup Oatmeal

- 3 Strawberries

- 1 Tsp. Natural Peanut Butter

- 3 Whole Eggs

- ¼ Cup Egg Whites

Meal 2 – Lunch

- 8oz Chicken Breast

- ½ Cup Brown Rice.

- 1 Cup Broccoli

Meal 3 – Pre Workout

- 3 Whole Eggs

- 2 Egg Whites

- 1Scoop Concrete Creatine

Meal 4 – Post Workout

- 1 Scoop ON Protein Powder

Meal 5 – Dinner

- 8Oz Chicken Breast

- ½ Cup Brown Rice

- 1 Cup Spinach

- 1 Cup Broccoli

Meal 6 – Before Bed Time Snack

- 1 Scoop ON Protein Powder

can't get much better than that, altho maybe cut the meal 3 and just have the creatine if this is in fact a cutting diet

mate no need to have such confusing diet, just count how many calories u need per day and consume less than that, have some protein so u wont lose all ur muscles and boom, profit

Agreed with kingpig tbh.

People who purely think about the calorie deficit are just mugs.

Look guise i cuttin i onlie eatin 1.8k calories. But it 200g fat doe.

Or eating 1.8k calories of like 200g protein 150g carbs 45g fat

O, I of course was talking about macros Incorporated into the deficit, not a random consumption of 200g of fat, 50g of protein and 300g of carbs etc.

Currently Bulking at

200~ P = 800

350~ C = 1400

88~ F = 800

3000, bout a 450 surplus. Adjusting it every few weeks.

JUST DON'T WANT TO SEEM FULL RETARD MAN.
