Natural Peanut Butter - 3 Whole Eggs - ¼ Cup Egg Whites Meal 2 – Lunch - 8oz Chicken Breast - ½ Cup Brown Rice. - 1 Cup Broccoli Meal 3 – Pre Workout - 3 Whole Eggs - 2 Egg Whites - 1Scoop Concrete Creatine Meal 4 – Post Workout - 1 Scoop ON Protein Powder Meal 5 – Dinner - 8Oz Chicken Breast - ½ Cup Brown Rice - 1 Cup Spinach - 1 Cup Broccoli Meal 6 – Before Bed Time Snack - 1 Scoop ON Protein Powder

Tris Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 O, I of course was talking about macros Incorporated into the deficit, not a random consumption of 200g of fat, 50g of protein and 300g of carbs etc. Currently Bulking at 200~ P = 800 350~ C = 1400 88~ F = 800 3000, bout a 450 surplus. Adjusting it every few weeks. JUST DON'T WANT TO SEEM FULL RETARD MAN.
