Truth be told I like first one best but just what I would do, take the layer you got for the top black header and highlight about an inch or so, drag down and go into blur, motion blur, 90deg and move on top so it blends in better. From what I can see the header is black and the background is dark grey ish so in my eyes it clashes. But keep at it and keep trying new things and you'll improve so fast. Tutorials can also give ideas and help increase your knowledge of different techniques.
Asimrs06 Posted March 9, 2013 Author Posted March 9, 2013 I used a brush tool to put the blue bits in (the faded ones on no.2), so if i were to take that off it'd be just black. There isn't a seperate layer for a header on my templte, just the background all black.
