DeltaPapa Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 creatine retains water which is a fact of course it can cause bloating while agree with dog, you dont look bloated, being bloated hardly makes any difference from an outside persons view.

I have no bicep veins whatsoever in the bloated one, and my arms look softer, are you blind?
DeltaPapa Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 ok lemme correct my previous statement while creatine does not cause bloating to the muscles, for it to work for its intended goal water intake is required to replenish the water which creatine takes into the muscles. So for this your muscles do increase in size <- put in basic terms. The water intake then will go between your muscles and skin causing it to become subcutaneous. So creatine doesnt directly make you feel bloated, for it to work to its max, you have to intake more water causing bloating. Am i correct now? lol tbh researching all this has improved my knowledge of it :)
