Yeah I heard about this method of removing roofs as well, seems a lot like a private server though.

 

The double :'s is used to access the command packet, it was originally only used to beta test and ban/mute players despite player moderators using the report abuse option originally.

 

The same packet was later replicated and re-used for clan chat ;p
