Well you know you will waste more cash hiring someone to do fire cape. You would probably spend 2m less doing it yourself, and if you actually put the effort in, it's not too hard.

I'd give it a go yourself mate first! I can imagine it to be very rewarding to know you got the fire cape yourself!:) but if not I'd go for someone who's a rank in foe that is trusted as you don't want some random to level your defence!:p
