I am willing to pay and I will get the equipment needed. And I will have roving elves done. Just post a price and my set up.

If I fail the cape, i'll re-try with me paying for the supplies used although I highly doubt i'll fail. I've already done around 50+ fire capes and 40+ kiln capes pre-eoc. The supplies should cost 300k max. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Picture of me with a fire cape at 58 range although I believe I started the cape at 54-55 range and doing the cape actually leveled me up. This was done without purple sweets. I only used 2 brews or so during the entire cape however I don't have a screenshot of the equipment. If you don't trust me with any sort of wealth feel free to transfer off the account or give to a friend to hold. If you want, i'll do the fire cape on my account as soon as I get 50 ranged and 43 prayer to prove I can get the cape on 07? Gear needed. Headgear: Mitre,coif, robin hood Body: Monk robes top legs: Black d'hide chaps Boots: Climbing boots/rangers boots Gloves: Black d'hide vambs Weapon: Magic shortbow/rcb/karil xbow Offhand if applicable: Unholy book/any god book Cape: Ava's/god cloak if karil's xbow Ammo: Mithril arrows/rune arrows/mithril bolts/bolt racks. I'd prefer 44 prayer for flashing eagles eye but it isn't needed. Inventory setup: 9 brews 17 super restores 2 ranging potions. (All 4 dosed) If you have a bank pin, either you gear up and pre-pot (Pot before entering and re-bank for the brew/sup rest/range pot used) Or i'll bank. I refuse to buy the gear for you. 2 ways of payment - Trusted middleman holds money. If the middleman doesn't pay me, i'll just simply drop the cape and you'd have wasted supplies for no reason and my time. You can pay me the 1M first then the 1M after. I'd prefer if you vouched after me doing the cape since it will prompt future sales. Defence is impossible for me to level up since I won't even be using the combat tab at all, so don't worry about me leveling defence.
