I need to gain

I need to bulk (I believe is the term, sorry I'm new). I looked at a diagram of body types and I'm an ecto morph. Not much chest but really defined abs. Regular ecto morph body build I assume. But I need to eat big to get big, but I'm not sure what to eat. I've cut fast food, don't drink soda, and I drink a gallon of water a day. I've been working out for a month, i see improvements but I want more muscle mass. Any tips on bulking for an ecto morph who loses weight easily? And should I stop running 4 miles every other day? Any questions just ask and I'll reply.

And I'm 16.

And should I invest in creatine? Considering I drink a shit load of water anyways lol

And I'm fairly new if you couldn't tell, so lay off the complicated lifting lingo, unless you'd like to explain it after you use it :p

you wanna take testosterone judging by what you've said.

You need to be eating 2 KG of chicken a day on top of it.

Do you like cheese? try to eat a few slabs of cheddar a day.

Swap all water for milk.

You should gain 1 kg of muscle a month with this x

You have a fast metabolism so to try and gain weight you've cut out calorie dense foods, and you're doing stupid amounts of cardio.

are you real life :S

If you're naturally skinny you're gonna find it extremely hard eating 'clean' foods everyday and meeting enough calories to gain weight.. i aint saying eat all rubbish cause obv that'll affect your heart etc but eliminating fast food when you're trying to bulk is stupid lol. and yeah personally i wouldn't bother doing cardio

I didn't decide to eat less. I stopped eating fast food because it's shit for you (or at least I thought it was)

try some real bodybuilding forums and read stickies is what i advice. Go and workout 3-4 times a week and make a schedual of what muscle type you are going to train per workout. make sure you eat ALOT. whey protein shakes after workout. And if u cant get the cals out of your diet you could use some weightgainer too

200g + of protein 3k calories

Not just whey protein after training, but upon waking etc. You should be really hammering your food.

Stop your cardio, or limit it greatly.

If you want to gain weight and do cardio, you will have to eat more. Thats all it is.

Gaining muscle is about eating more than you need and lifting/sleeping hard.

Also wtf you on about "should i try creatine i already drink loads of water"
