Man I did bulking all natural, or at least enough bulking for the sports I played. Soccer, Basketball and Football. I ran Track as well, but that was part of the building process for my legs to be tough enough to run down fields for several hours without giving out.

creatine is just right under steroids thats the next step make sure to give your body a break from it.

 

you drink water in between sets @ the gym when you take creatine.

 

i dont even think there are flavors but you should start heading to you're nearest supplement shop and get lookin.
