would went thinner on border at bottom cuts off the water

doesn't really have "weather" in it i guess the snow is but the sky is more scifi/space?

The WEATHER is the SNOW the sky is aiding the piece. But if that's the general consensus don't enter it, I am not making another one.

Give yourself a little more credit.

Simple but effective and you're first person to give animation a go for a SOTW so best of luck.

Although should have put rainbow behind the text or behind/infront of to give it 3d effect and lenses flair isnt needed as it doesn't render well when doing animation.
