Tango_Oscar Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 Perhaps change one of ur chicken meals, as somebody who has recently changed 3 chicken meals to 2 chicken/1 beef. The change is worth it, not only are you getting protein from a difference source (different amino build up) but its alot less boring. Dont change it if you arent bored of it tho :)

Tango_Oscar Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 Fair dooze, i eat alot of lean beef, its like 25g protein per 100, and like 2g fat/carbs. i can eat 200g of steak alot easier than 200g chicken lol

Tango_Oscar Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Costs me £20 for 5kg chicken at the butchers, lasts me around a week to 2 weeks
