Perhaps change one of ur chicken meals, as somebody who has recently changed 3 chicken meals to 2 chicken/1 beef. The change is worth it, not only are you getting protein from a difference source (different amino build up) but its alot less boring.

Dont change it if you arent bored of it tho :)

legit been eating chicken breasts for about 3-4 years now and I have completely switched out chicken for ground beef, but just too much fat + cholesterol in that so while trying to shred up, sticking with chicken, might go turkey.. but for now this is doing the trick!

Fair dooze, i eat alot of lean beef, its like 25g protein per 100, and like 2g fat/carbs.

i can eat 200g of steak alot easier than 200g chicken lol

I would be buying steak of chicken. but where I go get 4kgs for 30$ can't really beat that anywhere.

I usually eat anywhere from 450-500Grams of chicken breast daily so thats 4-6 breasts depending on size.. doesn't last me long :(
