Wondering about defence?

is it a must to have one defence? or will the requirements allow up to 20? so far i guess it looks like 1 def all the way? just wondering... are other clans allowing 20 def?

Due to the fact that people didn't watch the picture the I posted, I'm just going to say what it included.

 

It included a PM between me and Dave, where he said that 5 defence was the maximum acceptable.
