Headset/Mic HELP

Ok, so i've always had really crappy headsets, normally with crappy mics and so I just annoy people when talking on skype/ts etc because of the crackly noise and what not.

 

So, just wondering what people use, or recommend, i'm guna order one online so if any1 has any recommendations let me know, or just post what u use so I can get an idea what's worth buying etc.
