Today or rather last night C.I.P.S.A passed.

 

I am no conspiracy theorist but I believe the timing of this bill is far to close to the Boston bombings & believe with out a shadow of a doubt  government involvement in the death of 3 innocent individuals to pass a bill that in regular circumstances would not even see a vote.
