RS07 vs Pre-EOC

I want to see people's opinion on which one was more fun. I've never tried RS07 but I've seen some videos from you guys and it just looks like a major downgrade of the game. Which is kinda making me hesitant to return. I kinda miss the Pre-EOC scape... We just came over some. Adversity... And we had a nice thing going with our core members, and I feel that I was just settling into my prime skill & account wise.

Anyways just want to hear some opinions on which era was better, personaly I think Pre-EOC was awesome with Turm,sum,and dung... I watch vids of RS07 and it seems like I'm watching F2P.

well, i love pre-eoc as i used to be a summoning tank BUT, Eco wise i think 07 atm is quite better due to some skills are worth to train for example :

Slayer 07 - high levels eg 90 [dark beasts - dbow] dbows 10mish - worth it

Slayer - Pre Eoc - Same level requirement (90) - worth 300k - Not even worth training

[same for gargoyles/spectres/abysa demons etc]

Yes althou there are bots on 07 they still didn't drastically effected the eco [except sharks and mabey nat bots/wc bots]

It's kind of a mix for me to choose because i pefer 07 due to the Eco but then again i would prefer to go back to pre-eoc and play on my st/ maxed main

07 is good, although i'm really missing F2P (should come soon), and just a general lack of curiosity and noobiness I had when I played this game years ago. Barely log in anymore, hope the F2P pking will be good.

when you say f2p will come out, you mean we will have to pay for F2p world with restriction to member items? or just completaly free

I prefer 07 all together tbh pre eoc was annoying with how overpowered everything was. I like RS how it originally was, just being it's simple self haha.

If you mean 2012 as Pre-EoC, then i prefer Rs07, but they did implement alot of good updates as well as bad :\

@N0 SOUL and that's kinda exactly why I liked it cause put work in on all those things and once you got em all you feel like a universal solider, mini's & preps felt so competitive, organized and you needed to be strategic. And it's not like you had all those things and you we're on top of the world because every clan had them. Idk too me it's like downgrading from a ps3 to a ps2.

only thing i miss about pre eoc is mini warring (because i was the best), 07 is better game but at a stage everyone will be the same, maxed pures nothing to differentiate them and nobody will be special

 

rs died for me anyway long before pre eoc and 07 didn't bring it back

This... Only play if you can be arsed with grinding as pre eoc it was easy to train.

pre-eoc was more fun in terms that you had an endless supply of everything so can pk for hours on end

I only liked 07 because of the nostalgia it brang

Pre eoc imo, so much more to utilize. But being older everyone has less time, so 07 is easier and still very fun!

Pre Eoc was insane, more variety, this is just for fun though, pking is kinda boring compared to pre eoc, but still mad fun
