so i duno if alot of you know i made a topic a few days ago of all the parts i ordered for my new pc and having to build the pc from ground up so the case arrived this morning and within 2 hrs and 30 min (yes i timed myself lol just wanted to see how long i take) i had a brand new working computer!

original topic of all the cpu parts and cost of all the parts : http://foe-rs.com/forums/index.php?/topic/76999-any1-gd-with-computers/ :

couldnt be happier with how its turned out its sooo fast, ive updated all the drivers and wifi works on it so its ready to use

still got a bit of cable management to do just to make it look slightly cleaner on the inside of the cpu here are the pics :

computer specifications:

1. intel i7 3770k

2. 1000w psu

3. 16gb gskill ripsaw x ram (2x8gb)

4. gigabyte z77 ud3h motherboard

5. ati radeon hd 5450 gpu

next goal : add a few upgrades to my car (myself)

about £500 but that is literally everything for a computer all the parts wires powersupply motherboard computer case included was £500 but i sold my old pc to a friend for £300 so i put that towards this one so was like £200 for me not alot for the performance im getting now

id suggest you build a pc if you want to save money the ''good'' alienware laptops start at £1000 and desktops are more i think not really worth it imo because you can make 5x the computer for 1/2 the cost and put that extra money towards a new monitor or whatever, my set up atm cost £1000 total for a 42 inch smart tv along with this new pc, a hd 24" monitor and some room gadgets n stuff lol so you can see you save money building yourself.. if your lazy ofcoruse id reccomend alienware or having 1 built by somebody else to your needs still probably work out cheaper

o and ive played Dead Island Red Tide so far on the pc with my xbox controller online mode with a few friends from a cracked torrent :D on ultra high settings and running about 4-5 clients of rs and im downloading battlfield 3, sims 3 and bioshock 3 as we speak and still it only uses 9-13% of cpu power and 12-18% of ram makes me wonder how much it can take before it gets to 100% cpu usage

My pc has 32 g ram because it was my dads old workstation, 2 graphic cards since it was used for rendering heavy animations.

It runs youtube at highspeed.

Jk i run like 10 bots flawlessly 7% pc usage.

Skyrim torrented ultra high settings life's good

do u have a shitty gpu?

its a very basic hd card which might be why the windows experience rating is low

i dont have an ssd only a sata hard disk drive which might also lead it to be slightly lower in windows experience

all that shit dont matter though this thing is like a rocket lol

edit:

wait maybe this will be more helpful

processor is already 7.7/10 but ive not overclocked it or tweaked it for higher performance yet

ram is 16 out of a possible 32gb which is why thats at 7.7

graphics card lets me down with a 4.7 rating

the hard disk drive got a 5.9 so if it wasnt for the shit gpu i would be at a 5.9 rating and if i had a ssd it would probably be even higher windows experience rating
