Wielding a rock?

Hey guys, yesterday i saw this level 3 holding a rock in his hands, does anyone knows how to get this?

i think it will look sick on my hunt bot when it's 99 hunter (:

 

All i know is that you can get it from some kind of quest..

There is a quest that allows you to have a rock pet, I don't remember the name, but I assume that's what you're talking about.
