My upload speed is 0.13 Mb/s, and my download speed is 0.47 Mb/s is this bad? and if so how bad and how can I get it higher?

Check ur processor for snakes and gems. Could be the problem. I have some on my computer once and it really messed with it.

Np m8. I did a little bit of research and it might be something wrong with your kilofrankles. It also could mean your terranometry is miscalibrated.
