You also have to think about the price of playing 07. In the beginning we had lots of votes, which kept the price at $5 to play. If 07 loses too many people it's either charge more money for membership or close down servers. So take that into consideration. If all that's alive is the "clan scene" then 07 won't be alive after that because I doubt anyone of you could be asked to pay $15 a month to play a game with 3,000 players. Keep in mind Jagex is a business and they're only doing 07 for profit. They're not doing this to personally relieve your nostalgia.

Tl;dr the more players that quit = more expensive membership and less servers. If you're not going to pay more than $5 a month to play, that'll make 07 die even faster.

The fall of 07 in the near future is inevitable. Enjoy it while you can
