Why am I a forum guest?

this is almost definitely not the right place for this but my forum account has been de-ranked to guest, every time i try to join IRC, I get ip banned 24 hours AND I have been de-ranked to smiley in CC. The only thing  haven't been de-ranked in is TS. Can anyone help me out as to why?
