The most bewildering part to me about this entire situation and video is how many people walk buy him nonchalantly. There is a soldier laying beheaded in the street, and two guys with bloody hands and weapons hanging out by the body and ranting. How can people walk by as if nothing happened? Why did it take police 30 minutes to arrive to a murder in a city? What the fuck?
