A X 3 Posted June 24, 2013 Author Posted June 24, 2013 how did u get into olympic lifting? Was dead lifting 405 lb at the local gym at 170 lbs bodyweight 16 years old. My soon to be coach came up to me and told me to try it.

Steroids Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Wear proper gym clothing, no wife beaters. For losing weight split ur workouts 50/50 between cardio and lifting weights. If your skinny and have trouble gaining weight then just lift weights. Change your diet, eat anything in sight if ur skinny. Avoid fats/carbs if your trying to lose weight. IMO looking good is 80% nutrition 20%lifting+other Find a friend to workout with. Try new things. Btw I don't do crossfit, I teach Olympic lifting technique to them i hope you don't give your pupils any other advice
