i will be making a scout killer.

After i get 85 range, i am gonna make a scout killer. 

Would like some feedback on

I was thinking

20 mage for binds

around 9 cb

10-15 hp.

Wouldn't go over 9-10 cb, most scouts are level 3.

Binds wouldnt really matter, up to you though

didnt plan on it. basically wanna stay under 20 cb. so i can kill scouts from 23+ wildy but lowest cb is best.

however it will eventually lvl up =[

tbh i think you really overthinking this its not hard just any low lvl acc with spells that can hit 10+ loads of people already have scout killers they take on trips

Just create a new Account and get urself to 20 cb without leveling hp, mage only
