as long as your team knows you are going more utility based build blue ezreal is pretty good, lack damage but are so fuckin annoying to kill

Blue ezreal doesnt do constant or a burst damage. He does sustained damage which in an adc i dont really want

 

I want an ADC which i know will be constant

Yes blue build is better in the long run but depends on match up

Works best with a poke team too
