What time zone are you in so we know what "now" is.

Yeah I hate fking my sleep schedule. It's the only reason I ever get acne and faks up my whole day

go to sleep at like 10pm. youll prob wake up at 5 or 6 atm, but just stay up for the day. go to sleep around 10-11 after that then ull sleep better. just takes 2-3 nights n ull be good

Insecurities

Doesn't really matter unless you have irl stuff to attend to like work.

By the time summer ends I'm assuming you'll have school or something to get to so about 2-3 weeks before that starts up again start trying to slowly fix your sleeping pattern by going to bed a little earlier each day.

This happends to me all the time but I have a way around it, atm I go bed between 10-12pm and wake up 2am>4am on the dot so bare in mind this does not always work but remember it is STATE OF MIND to get back into the role of things.

1. Stay away for 2days, rest of today and all tomorrow until 9pm.

around 8, go for a walk, SERIOUSLY FUCKING DO IT. This will give you fresh air and relax you, so when you come home you can crash out. NO COMPUTER, NO GAMES, NO TEXTING

JUST GO BED!

following day, repeat the walk, but have a wank before bed if you think its vital.

2. Sleeping tabs

3. Drunk antics

I would give advice but honestly I'd just be a hypocrite. :P

If you went to sleep around 2 hours earlier than you usually do you can wake up at 11/12 which is no bad at all imo, especially for vacation. But then again if your working or have school thats a different story..
