What's good to alch?

I need to get my mage up to 94 ASAP! Atm I'm level 85 mage and I did from 82-85 superheating. I profit like 20-40gp per bar I superheat but It's slow as f**k. I really want to alch but I dont have the money for it so I need tips for any good alching item with not so much loss. The best I know is Maple longbow (u) with 188gp loss per alch.

start enchanting at 87, half the price of alching if not cheaper, or u can do all 4 minigames and make money
