Windows 8

So im getting a new laptop pretty soon and all of them on the market already have Windows 8.

 

If anyone here has Windows 8, tell me how good/bad it is please and does it run games and rs etc without a problem

 

I've heard pretty shit things about Windows 8, should i stick with it or pay a little extra to downgrade it to Windows 7?

You can get things to make it look "more" like windows of old. It's worth it.

theres some key  differences

like the metro interface for applications

the start search computer feature is removed from windows 8

 

looked into this alot when building my pc its a good os but im personally a win7 fan

i use windows 8 was confusing to get used to at first but honestly its alot easier to navigate and shit i like it alot now havent had any problems with anything

One advantage to working as desktop support for a big corporation this summer;

Finally get to get rid of fucking windows vista on my laptop. They have a million and a half boot discs so I'm gonna grab windows 7 or 8 depending on which one I like. Suggestions?
