which workout routines do you use throughout the week?

and how often do you change yours? including different excercises

 

mine is

monday- chest,biceps

tuesday- legs

-

thursday - back

friday - shoulders

triceps? you're doing calves/glutes/quads/hams/cardio all in one day?

were u born with huge horseshoe triceps or do u not think that they make up 2/3 of your arm?

 

i assume rest after shoulders before chest day?

Where are the tris? You can't have a bicep pump, without a tricep pump... That's broscience 101.

I'm switching up my routine once I finish up moving houses. Taking a break from gym now because of it.

push/pull/legs is king, pointless not doing it IMO, why do shoulders in a day in itself when u can just add rear delts to back day, and front and side delts to chest day and uve got push/pull/legs and 1 less day till u get to train stuff again

yep

 

legs/push/pull/rest/repeat = ultimate routine for nattys.

shoulder day when on gear for those cannonball delts though ty.

mon wen frid whole upper body

tues thurs run/calistetics

 

vice versa some weeks.

shoulders on separate day with HIIT, missed it out because I've recently changed my routine, whoops.

it says delts in that routine anyway :S and glutes i would assume u do with quads or hams anyway cause aside from barbell thrusts there aint rly many glute isolations

my routine is to just fucking sit on my arse now days :/ but nice routine mate
