13/31/43 prayer?

Going to be making a new range/mage gmauler strictly for edge pking and vids.

What level prayer should I be?

1 prayer is out of the question since I won't be legiting training and rock crabs are a danger zone.

13 prayer - great cb level and DT, I would have to risk gp every time

31 prayer - protect item

43 prayer - protect from rushers/raggers

31 if its strictly edge, but low level is cancer at edge, straight up pjers maul rushing.
