yo guys so i had this assignment for P.E where i had to keep track of what i had for breakfast lunch and dinner for 5 weeks, but i left it till the last week and there is no point back tracking what i ate because that is impossible, so please post what you had for breakfast lunch and dinner TODAY !

Breakfast was 3 small bagguete rolls with butter/jam, Dinner not sure yet will edit in later.

3 eggs w/yolk

glass of water/Coffee

apple

 

lunch:

 

400g chicken

protein shake

asparagus

 

dinner:

 

pasta

some sauce

w/ chicken

(some vegetable usually whatever i have in fridge LL)

Chilli

 

I remember GCSE P.E we had to create a P.E.P

Logging an exercise routine we did and no one did it, it was like 30% of our overall grade, everyone made the results up.

I remember 4 years ago when I got assignment like that we had to keep track for 2 weeks but I didnt record, i just made up shit and googled examples.

 

But heres what i had:

 

breakfast: Cereal bar and juice

 

Lunch: grilled chicken, mashed potatoes with a soft drink

 

Dinner: water
