Deadlifts are my favourite because I'm so fucking strong at them!

dont focus on cardio unless you want to burn, do 5 min start warmup to get your body going...

 

Edit: tbh do reg squats with weights and squats - leg extension

that guy has added like 2kg of muscle, he's just lowish bodyfat. pretty sure his legs look pretty much in proportion irl lol. and black guys always have sht tier calfs

a fucking amazing MMA fighter.. he's not a bodybuilder, he doesn't train for mass, and those skinny legs of his would knock u the fuck out
