The way to clone items you get from people, eg getting anti fire shield from lumbridge is get one>drop>get one>drop>bank repeat

but you can't note ghostly robes so you either glitch or drop repeat like 50 times so you can get back to pick them up

 

Or just use monk robes/ don't die
